This is why it’s crucial to make sure that we make your replacement Dining Chair Cushions to exactly the right specification… otherwise they simply won’t fit!
For this reason, we collect free of charge one of your originals by courier (we also have a solution if you don’t have an original cushion), to ensure that we know precisely the correct Specification required.

Fabrics
Over 1,200 non-clearance ongoing fabrics to choose from…
Ercol themselves and some less experienced ‘aftermarket’ sellers tend to offer a very limited range of fabrics to choose from. We see no reason to restrict your choice, as we don’t pre-make any Ercol Cushions.
Every order we make is bespoke, for each customer. So we offer you a searchable Fabric Gallery of over 1,200 fabrics to have your Dining Chair cushions made in, and every one of them is an on-going range and we will gladly post you free samples of those of interest.

BUYER BEWARE!
Logic would make you think that chair pads for the ubiquitous Ercol Windsor dining chair would all be the same specification. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.
Over the years we have found that Ercol made SIX slightly different versions of the Windsor dining chair pad, with anomalies in shape and positioning of the straps and studs.
As a result, even if you just want to order 2 dining chair pads, we will still collect one of your originals by courier, free of charge, to enable us to exactly replicate it, or send you paper templates for you to choose which one best fits your particular Ercol dining chair.
Why do we go to the trouble and cost of collecting your original cushion? Simply because in this way you are assured that the replacement cushions we make for you, will be exactly the shape and specification you require.
Above: If you have no original cushions for us to collect and copy, we will send you templates for you to try for size and shape on your particular chairs, enabling you to choose the correct template.

Fabric samples arrived quickly, followed by a prepaid bag to return a sample cushion in, although that wasn’t needed in the end. I cannot recommend the friendly staff enough. Even delivery date was discussed to make sure it was convenient for us. Our old cushions were 40 years old and it’s easy to spot the difference on the before and after photos!"
